The 27th session of the Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change took place in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt from November 6 to 19. Dentons Global Advisors were in attendance and our global climate change team tracked developments on a daily basis. We explore what COP27 means for General Counsel and in-house legal teams with a focus on enabling you to fully manage the risks and opportunities around your organization’s net zero, climate and other ESG-related commitments.

Read our COP27 insights and takeaways for General Counsel and in-house legal teams in our downloadable document below. Our analysis examines the key COP27 outcomes, a timeline of what happened when over the two week period and includes commentary from our Dentons ESG Leadership Team on the focus areas of most relevance to General Counsel.
